Cllr. K. Gould declared an interest in item 3.a

1. Minutes from Previous Meeting

The minutes of the last meeting were proposed as a correct record by Cllr M. Belfield and seconded by Cllr K.Gould.

2. Matters Arising

The appeal hearing against the planning enforcement notice at Fox’s Croft, Thorncliffe did not take place.

Cllr. K. Gould left the meeting.

3. Planning
   1. SMD/2021/0794 Land opposite Methodist Church Ankors Lane New Field Access and Track.

This matter was discussed and there were no objections.  Clerk to write to planning.

Cllr K. Gould joined the meeting.

4. Financial

Bank balance £1,900.09

1. Budget and Precept

After some discussion it was determined to leave the precept charge, for Band D, at the current level.  This will result in a small decrease in the precept received which is more than offset by income from the SMDC lengthsman scheme.

   Arrange meeting with Cllr G. Heath and Highways.

2. Road in danger of collapse along Thorncliffe Road from the bridge towards Thorncliffe until just before junction to Easing Lane.
