- Election of Chairman
Cllr Burns proposed Cllr Barker for the office of Chair and was seconded by Cllr Howard. There being no other candidates Cllr Barker was duly elected as Chair of the Parish Council.
Cllr Barker proposed Cllr Howard for the office of Vice-Chair and was seconded by Cllr Belfield. There being no other candidates Cllr Howard was duly elected as Vice-Chair of the Parish Council.
- Minutes from Previous Meeting
The minutes of the last meeting were proposed as a correct record by Cllr M. Belfield and seconded by Cllr H. Burns.
- Matters Arising
None

- Financial
Bank balance £3,305.63.
To commemorate the Platinum Jubilee Cllr Howard proposed a donation of £200 to Blackshaw Moor First School, this was seconded by Cllr Burns. Proposal unanimously supported. Clerk to arrange with the school.
- Correspondence
Mr Neil Corbishley has written to the council advising that Mr Fox will seek a footpath diversion and requesting that the council object. It was discussed and the conclusion was that until an application is made the council cannot make a decision.
- Any other business
- Back LaneAt the site meeting with Cllr G. Heath and Dave Rushton from Highways they agreed to provide appropriate signage at the top and bottom of Back Lane.
- HighwaysThorncliffe Road being “washed” away near Easing Dale Farm.
Easing Lane has a patch of spilled concrete which is a hazard.
Water still running down Thorncliffe Lane and Thorncliffe Bank.
