      The Certificate of Exemption was approved. Recorded as minute reference 20220621_3a_1

      The Annual Governance Statement was approved.  Recorded as minute reference 20220621_3a_2

      Adoption of The Annual Accounts was proposed by Cllr. R. Barker and seconded by Cllr. J. Dinning. The motion was unanimously approved and recorded as minute reference 20220621_3b_1

5. Diversion Footpath 5

   An application has been made to divert Footpath 5. The merits of the application were discussed at length.  The conclusion of the discussion is that the application is for diversion onto land that the applicant does not own and therefore the application cannot be supported.  Clerk to communicate this conclusion.

It was noted that no progress has been made on signage for Back Lane.
