1. Election of Chairman

Cllr R. Barker was proposed and there being no other candidates declared chair of the council.

Cllr. S. Howard was proposed as vice-chair and there being no other candidates declared vice-chair of the council.

2. Minutes from Previous Meeting

The minutes of the last meeting were proposed as a correct record by Cllr M. Belfield and seconded by Cllr K. Gould

3. Matters Arising

Verge disintegration along Thorncliffe Road raised with Highways ref 4318018.  This has been assessed and deemed non-urgent.

4. Planning
   1. SMD/2021/0664 Land at, Thorncliffe Lane, Blackshaw Moor, Leek. Conversion of three existing local heritage buildings to form a single dwelling house. Revised information provided.

In principle no objections to this application.

1. SMD/2023/0131 Brooklyn Grange Farm, Thorncliffe Lane, Thorncliffe, Leek, Staffordshire, ST13 7LP. Construction of an agricultural building for the storage of Farm Yard Manure.

No objections to this application.
