1. Minutes from Previous Meeting

The minutes of the last meeting were proposed as a correct record by Cllr M. Belfield and seconded by Cllr H. Burns

2. Matters Arising

No progress on overgrown hedging at junction of Thorncliffe Lane and Thorncliffe Bank.

The fencing on land adjacent to the former chapel should be removed when lengthsman tidies the land.  The drains need opening up.

The noticeboards need refurbishment.

3. Financial

472. Budget and Precept

     After some discussion it was decided that the precept would be increased by 10% to £2,472. This will start the creation of funds for future works for the community.

Bank balance £2,567-20.

1. There is a proliferation of potholes.
2. Check Wall near S bend on Ankors Lane , warning cone has been removed
