1. Election of Chairman

Cllr S. Howard proposed Cllr R. Barker for the position of Chair, seconded by Cllr. K. Gould. There being no other candidates Cllr R. Barker was elected as Chair of the council.

Cllr R. Barker proposed Cllr S. Howard for the position of Vice-Chair, seconded by Cllr J. Dinning. There being no other candidates Cllr S. Howard was elected as Vice-Chair of the council.

2. Minutes from Previous Meeting

The minutes of the last meeting were proposed as a correct record by Cllr S. Howard and seconded by Cllr K. Gould.

3. Matters Arising

In conjunction with Blackshaw Moor School a grant for a VE Day commemoration event held by the school was applied for and granted.

4. Financial

Bank balance £3,287-98

Payments approved for:
A. Howard Clerk Q4 2024/25 £325-00

5. Correspondence
An enquiry has been received from Leukaemia & Myeloma Research UK. They are seeking sites where clothing banks could be installed. Regrettably there are no suitable locations in the parish.
6. Any other business
a. Cllr. Gilman has been approached to see if there are any vacancies on the council. Currently there no vacancies.
