The minutes of the last meeting were proposed as a correct record by Cllr H. Burns and seconded by Cllr J. Dinning.

  1. SMD/2025/0263 Fairview , Ankors Lane , Thorncliffe , Staffordshire , ST13 7LP Rear and side single storey extensions to provide increased living space.

    After some discussion it was determined that the council cannot support the application because of the detrimental effect on on-street parking. If sufficient off-street parking could be provided and utilised then the council would support the application.  Clerk to write to planning.

  1. Correspondence

A parishioner has enquired about making use of the telephone kiosk.  It was determined this is a good idea.  Suggestions required.  On-going maintenance should not be too onerous.
