Frank Gilman
Cllr Barker, on behalf of the council, paid tribute to Frank Gilman. Frank had been a parish councillor and was a well-respected member of the community. He will be sadly missed by friends and family. A minutes silence was observed as a mark of respect.
- Minutes from Previous Meeting
The minutes of the last meeting were proposed as a correct record by Cllr M. Belfield and seconded by Cllr H. Burns.
- Matters Arising
Cllr Belfield has spoken to Joyce Shenton regarding the proposed commemorative plaque for former councillor Colin Shenton. Cllr. Barker will discuss with Sigleys.
The government website has a link to enable the owner of registered land to be determined for a small fee. Clerk to provide link to Cllr. Burns.
The excess signs on lamp and traffic posts on the approach to Tittesworth Reservoir have been removed.
The replacements for the damaged railings near Brassingtons have been made and are awaiting installation. The pandemic has caused scheduling and manpower problems for Highways.

- A boundary wall on Back Lane has been frequently struck by vehicles over the last few years. Clerk to raise the matter with Highways and Cllr. Gill Heath.
