a. Precept

After some discussion it was decided to keep the precept at £2,472-00.

4. Correspondence

A letter has been received from Mr Copestick enquiring about employment opportunities. Clerk to reply informing that currently there are no opportunities.
5. Any other business
a. Flooding on the Buxton Road
b. The “Milk Barn” sign at the Buxton Road / Thorncliffe Lane junction restricts the view of traffic approaching from Leek.
c. A grit box at the Buxton Road / Thorncliffe Lane junction is required as Thorncliffe Lane is not gritted and the approach to the junction can be challenging.
Clerk to write to Highways.
