The minutes of the last meeting were proposed as a correct record by Cllr S. Howard and seconded by Cllr J. Dinning.

a. SMD/2024/0445 Chapel of The Good Shepherd, Thorncliffe, Leek ST13 7LP Conversion of a former chapel to residential together with a proposed extension.

The matter was discussed and there were no objections. Clerk to write to planning.

Bank balance £3,424-00.
