  1. Minutes from Previous Meeting

 

The minutes of the last meeting were proposed as a correct record by Cllr K. Gould and seconded by Cllr S. Howard.

 

  1. Matters Arising

 

Installation of “chevrons” may be possible to try and prevent further damage to the wall on Back Lane.  Signage showing the weight limit on Back Lane could be improved at both ends of the lane.

 

Councillors were reminded of the request for self-portrait photographs and a mini biography for the council website.

 

  1. Financial

 

Bank balance £2,323.59

 

  1. Acceptance of the Annual Governance Statement was proposed by Cllr. K. Gould and seconded by Cllr. M. Belfield. It was unanimously approved and recorded as minute reference 20210622_3.a.1
  2. The Accounting Statement and Certificate of Exemption were proposed by Cllr. R. Barker and seconded by Cllr. S. Howard. They were unanimously approved and recorded as minute reference 20210622_3.b.1 and 20210622_3.b.2 respectively.

Moorlands Action Group have provided their latest newsletter concerning climate change.

  1. Standing OrdersThe damaged railings, awaiting replacement, have been struck again.
  2. Parish Council WebsiteThere has been drug taking activity noted in Gypsy Hollow.
  3. A request has been made to determine if it is possible to make the verges “Wild Flower Verges”
