1. Minutes from Previous Meeting

The minutes of the last meeting were proposed as a correct record by Cllr S. Howard and seconded by Cllr. M. Belfield.

2. Matters Arising

The narrow verge on Thorncliffe Road near Easingdale Farm is being managed by Highways.

3. Financial

Bank balance £3,438-98

Payments approved for:
Staffs County Council Website hosting 2025/26 £125-00

5. Any other business

a. Groundworks have been undertaken off Back Lane. SMDC to be made aware.
b. A number of young Ash Trees near the bench on Ankors Lane have been removed whilst other mature, more hazardous, trees have not had any attention. Query with Highways.
c. The drains near the bridge on Thorncliffe Road need attention. They are causing flooding around the bridge.
