1. Minutes from Previous Meeting

The minutes of the last meeting were proposed as a correct record by Cllr M. Belfield and seconded by Cllr. K. Gould.

2. Matters Arising

The groundworks off Back Lane have been reported to Planning Enforcement.

The trees removed near the bench on Ankors Lane were affected by Ash Die Back.

3. Financial

a. Precept

After some discussion it was decided to keep the Band D charge the same resulting in a precept of £2,541.

4. Correspondence

5. Any other business

a. Potholes in and around the village are hazardous.
b. The verge on Thorncliffe Road is a hazard even though it is fenced with warning signs.
c. The black van parked opposite The Reform is a traffic hazard.
