Cllr. Barker declared an interest in Item 3.a
- Minutes from Previous Meeting
The minutes of the last meeting were proposed as a correct record by Cllr M. Belfield and seconded by Cllr S. Howard.
- Matters Arising
The damaged railings are still awaiting replacement. Clerk to see if possible to obtain indication of when this will happen.
HGV traffic on Back Lane. In the absence of any action from Highways Clerk to determine if the Parish Council.can erect signs.

Cllr. Barker left the meeting for this item. In his absence the meeting was chaired by Cllr. Howard.
The conclusion of the discussion was:
- The proposed construction is not in keeping with the area;
- It is effectively a new build in a field;
- It is not close to any tourism attractions and is not a designated tourist location;
- It would set an unwelcome precedent.
The application was unanimously opposed. Clerk to write to planning.

Bank balance £1,583.59
- Correspondence
Views are being sought on the provision, by the NHS, of Community Diagnostic Hubs across Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent.
- Any other business
- Concerns were expressed about the “pop-up” campsite being operated at Brooklyn Grange Farm. Clerk to write to SMDC.
- After some discussion and reflection it was decided that a council provided commemorative plaque for Colin Shenton would not be added to the memorial installed by the family.
- Gilman has been cutting verges which is appreciated.
- It was determined that the dispensation for non-attendance during the pandemic should be removed. Councillors must now attend a meeting at least once in six months.
