The minutes of the last meeting were proposed as a correct record by Cllr K. Gould and seconded by Cllr M. Belfield.

Cllr J. Dinning left the meeting.

 

This matter was discussed and there were no objections.  Clerk to write to planning.

 

Cllr J. Dinning joined the meeting.

Bank balance £2,666.09

 

Chair requested clerk to review salary.

 

 

  1. Correspondence

There is a welfare scheme for people isolating with covid-19 or are self -isolating.  Visit www.thisrevival.org.uk/homewelfarechecks  Service provides collection of food, medication and general support.

 

Alliance Environmental Services are now administering the SMDC lengthsman scheme and will provide support up to £400 per year.  Clerk to arrange application and claims.
